Same day and local overnight delivery tracking

At BRG Daventry we take your parcel safety and security very seriously, so we have recently invested large sums to obtain market leading software/ hardware to track and trace all parcels/consignments.

With a web-based system from booking to Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD), clients can trace the parcel at every stage.

Stage 1 - The booking is completed by you, via our secure web site.

Stage 2 - A GPS, position, time and date stamp is created when we arrive at the collection point.

Stage 3 - A GPS, position, time and date stamp is created when we leave the collection premises.

Stage 4 - A GPS, position, time and date stamp is created when we deliver the goods.

Stage 5 - A copy of the actual POD signature is emailed to you automatically, immediately after ................delivery, again timed and dated.

If for any reason there is a problem with the delivery, an email is sent highlighting the problem: for example “premises closed”. We’ll also call to explain the problem and seek new instructions.
Therefore, the problem is recorded/documented and again GPS timed and dated for your records.

All this delivery data will be kept for 1 year should any issues arise with your customer.

This system with the track and trace is used on any parcel or load that we control from collection to delivery, including reverse journeys (i.e. where we collect from your supplier and deliver back to you or collect / deliver to a 3rd party).

Local overnights from £2.50 each

This service is aimed at businesses within Northamptonshire (NN post codes) that require a low cost, fast and efficient next-day service to another NN postcode.

There is a maximum parcel weight of 25kg per parcel… our charges are as follows

For companies sending out 20+ parcels per week - £2.50 + VAT

For companies sending out up to 20 parcels per week - £2.75 + VAT

These parcels are collected and delivered by BRG Daventry and as such are never given to a 3rd party… they remain under our control at all times.

There are no hidden charges; this is the price you pay. Your tariff for the first 2 weeks will be taken on trust and then if needed a review will be undertaken (If needed a new tariff will be agreed).

Local pallet next-day service

This service is aimed at the businesses within Northamptonshire (NN post codes) that require a low cost, fast and efficient next-day service to another NN postcode.

Each pallet is subject to a weight limit of 500kg (local deliver booking with POD system) all for a cost of £20.00 per pallet.

Same-day service

This is for emergency deliveries of pallets, documents or parcels that need to be delivered to their destination on the same day of collection…this service is charged at a rate per mile.

This service is used by companies that need extra time to produce the goods and still honour their delivery schedule.

This service can also be used to collect goods which you need in a hurry and when you cannot wait for that overnight carrier to deliver.

Unlike most same-day couriers we specialize in carrying out work for less frequent users of same-day couriers.

We treat each delivery consignment with equal priority as we realise that this consignment is very important to you and your client.

Each delivery is charged at a price per mile and is quoted prior to the job being booked on our secure web based booking and tracking system.

Programmed deliveries

This service allows clients to pre-book a vehicle for a regular delivery or collection at an agreed time and place in the future. This service is charged as per the same-day service…however, it does guarantee a vehicle is available at the collection point at the time required. This service will also be booked and tracked through our secure web-based service.
